Our friendly and knowledgeable team is the heart of our practice. From the front desk to the treatment room, each team member is dedicated to making your experience comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. With a passion for patient care and attention to detail, we work together to ensure every visit leaves you smiling.

Katie O.

Office Manager

Katie was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma but has resided in Belgrade since 2013. She attended college at Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) studying Zoology. She has been a part of the Belgrade Family Dental team since 2019, holding various positions around the office. She prioritizes creating quality relationships with her colleagues and her local community.

When she’s not at work, Katie enjoys taking adventures with her husband Jordan and her mastiff Hildegard. She enjoys all activities outdoors, live music and traveling most of all.

Christie

Insurance Coordinator

Christie joined Belgrade Family Dental in March 2023, specializing in insurance-related responsibilities while working remotely. Although she resides in Longmont, Colorado, she makes a point to visit her friends in Montana regularly. Before joining our team, Christie had a background as a veterinary technician, showcasing her diverse skill set.

Outside of work, Christie engages in pet sitting and treasures moments spent with her family. Her experience and interests contribute to the dynamic and well-rounded team at Belgrade Family Dental.

Lisa

Financial Coordinator

Lisa serves as the financial coordinator in our front office, contributing to patients’ initial impressions of our dental practice. Since joining our team in 2019, she has played a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Lisa and her family relocated to Montana in 2019 due to her husband’s job, and they have developed a deep love for the state.

Balancing her responsibilities with her children’s sports activities keeps Lisa actively engaged, but she also makes time to relish the beauty of the outdoors. Her dedication to both her professional role and her family life reflects a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere and enjoying the unique offerings of Montana.

Cassandra

Cas has been a valued member of our team since 2023, serving as our patient coordinator. Her infectious smile and positive energy have endeared her to both the staff and patients. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Cas relocated to Montana in 2013 with her family.

Cas’s passion for interacting with new people and learning about their lives aligns perfectly with her role. In her leisure time, she finds joy in reading, fishing, and spending quality moments with her family. Cas’s warm personality and diverse interests contribute to the welcoming atmosphere we strive to create at our dental office.

Sarah

Dental Hygienist

Sarah, a Minnesota native, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2016 before making the valley her home in 2019. Now rooted in Three Forks, she takes pride in her role as a gentle and thorough hygienist, finding joy in connecting with patients and guiding them towards optimal oral health.

Outside the dental office, Sarah’s adventurous spirit shines as she explores the great outdoors through hiking and bow hunting. At home, she enjoys the simple pleasures of spending quality time with her husband and two canine companions, Bennie and Jet.

Kallie

Dental Hygienist

Kallie successfully earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of South Dakota in 2022. She possesses a deep enthusiasm for establishing meaningful connections with patients, delivering care with compassion as a guiding principle. Throughout her academic journey, Kallie cultivated a strong passion for educating others about the vital importance of maintaining oral health through effective home care practices.

In her leisure time, Kallie actively engages in a variety of fulfilling pursuits. She finds joy in immersing herself in the great outdoors, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing moments spent with her friends and family. Notably, Kallie has recently embraced the exhilarating activities of snowboarding and fly fishing, demonstrating her openness to new experiences and interests.

Fern

Dental Hygienist

Originally starting at Belgrade Family Dental in 2022 as a dental assistant, Fern has rejoined the team as a Registered Dental Hygienist after completing her education at Great Falls College MSU in 2026. She is proud to have advanced in the dental field into a provider role where she can continue to work with patients to maintain healthy smiles. She has been enjoying re-meeting patients she got to work with when she started, and meeting new patients as they join the practice. In particular, she finds great purpose and joy in helping patients feel comfortable and welcome in the dental setting which can be a hard place for some patients. 

In Fern’s free time, she is an avid skier, mountain biker, and rollerblader-anything involving movement. She seeks time in nature daily whether in the backcountry or home in her garden with her cat Marta. Bonus points for all activities when shared with loved ones. 

Kathryn

Dental Assistant

Kathryn was born and raised on the East Coast, where she attended a private culinary school specializing in baking and pastry arts.  She expanded her roots to the Gallatin Valley area in 2016 and became a team member in 2018. Since then, she has enjoyed learning and growing in the health field.  The office atmosphere has truly become an extension of her family. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys the amazing local mountains, which offer endless outdoor recreation opportunities. At home, she enjoys arts & crafts, gardening, cooking, playing cards, and the company of her two sweet cats.  Fun fact: she makes birthday cakes for all of the employees!

Katie S.

Dental Assistant

Katie, our skilled dental assistant at Belgrade Family Dental, has been an integral part of our team since 2019, assisting our doctors in providing excellent care to our patients. Originally from Washington, Katie has embraced Montana as her home for the past nine years. She and her husband Jacob, along with their Saint Bernard puppy named Louie, find joy in experiencing all the seasons through activities like hiking, hunting, skiing, and fishing.

Katie’s commitment to professional growth is evident in her status as a Certified Dental Assistant. Notably, she recently added another dimension to her skill set by becoming an EMT, showcasing her dedication to helping those in need. Katie’s passion for both her work and her role within our dental family contributes to the positive atmosphere at Belgrade Family Dental.

Hemi

Dental Assistant

Hemi has been a dental assistant at Belgrade Family Dental since June, 2024 and absolutely loves it. Always driven by the desire to make a difference in people’s lives, whether in small ways or significant ones, Hemi has found a true passion in dentistry. Originally drawn to the medical field, Hemi recently discovered that dentistry is the perfect fit and aspires to advance in this field with the goal of becoming a dental hygienist.

Originally from Kentucky, Hemi moved to Montana in 2017. After attending the University of Montana for a year, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Nursing, she gained two years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role fostered a deep love for caring for and understanding those around them. The experience as a CNA taught her the importance of meeting people where they are and showing love and compassion in every circumstance.

In Hemi’s free time, there is a great love for immersing in nature through activities like hiking, paddle boarding, and camping. Time spent with friends and family, as well as engaging in personal studies, are also cherished activities.
