Meet Doctor Lehnhardt
Jennifer Lehnhardt, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Jen Lehnhardt moved to the Gallatin Valley in 2019 in search of mountain trails and powder turns. She ended up finding a community she loved in Belgrade, and that prompted her to set down roots. In 2021, Dr. Jen joined Belgrade Family Dental, and together we built a mission of enriching the lives of our team, patients, and the community. She is now thrilled to be continuing that dream into the future.Â
Dr. Jen received her dental degree from Loma Linda University in 2013, followed by a general practice residency at the VA Palo Alto. She then worked as a clinical instructor at Stanford University as well as in private practice. Her early experiences focused on team based care for patients with complex needs. This shaped her compassionate and thoughtful approach to dentistry and strengthened her dedication to creating an environment where every patient felt comfortable, valued, and well cared for.Â
With over 13 years of experience, Dr. Jen has expertise in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, esthetic dentistry, and clear braces. She is constantly pursuing learning through continuing education. She is finishing her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a past-president of the local chapter of the Montana Dental Association. She is a member of the Tanner Study Club, Tucker Gold Casting Study Club, MDA, and ADA.Â
Dr. Jen believes that true oral health is needing the dentist less, not more. This is what drives her commitment to prevention, education, and lasting quality care.Â
Outside of the office, Dr. Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their daughter. She still tries to get out in the mountains, but those powder turns have been traded for bunny hill runs and snacks, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
